We are confident your Bodytreats products will live up to expectations.
However, every now and then problems can arise.
Please choose your Bodytreats products carefully as we do not refund.
We will, however, replace damaged or faulty products.
We also offer a credit if the items have been despatched incorrectly by our office.
If you choose to take a credit on your next order the credit will have to be used within 6 months.
If the credit is not used within that time frame the credit will expire.
We must be notified immediately or within 5 working days of receiving the purchase that the goods need to be returned or a credit issued.
We will replace goods if the wrong product/colour/fragrance has been inadvertently sent out or the wrong price has been charged.
If returning goods the original purchase must be returned to us at the purchasers cost and in the same condition as originally despatched.
If we are satisfied that an error has occurred on our behalf we will immediately replace the item and freight cost.
We will replace items that have been damaged in transit but a photograph must accompany the return so we can take up the issue with our freight forwarder.
If any product is to be returned it must be to the store it was bought from.
